- Minimum 3 years as RE/Construction Engineer with site experience in precast construction management and supervision of a residential developments.
- Registered with BCA as Resident Engineer.
- Able to lead a team of site management staff and ensure compliance with Consultant’s and Government’s requirements.
- Preferably with prior experience in HDB projects.
