Quality Assurance Team Leader

Lead, coach and schedule the QA team (inspectors, lab and quality technicians), and monitor their performance against targets.

Implement and follow up quality control plans, inspection procedures and quality checkpoints across production stages.

Monitor product quality indicators such as defect rates, first-pass yield, rework and customer returns, and report them to the QA Manager.

Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints, lead root-cause analysis and follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closure.

Coordinate with production, planning, maintenance and supply chain to resolve quality issues quickly.

Coordinate laboratory testing, maintain test reports, and verify that materials and finished goods meet specifications.

Follow up supplier and raw-material quality, including certificates, test results and non-conformance actions.

Prepare for and participate in internal, customer and certification audits, and track audit findings to closure.

Maintain quality documentation, procedures and records in line with ISO management systems.

Support customer quality requirements, questionnaires, approvals and quality-related submissions.

Promote a quality culture through training and awareness on standards, procedures and good practices.

Escalate recurring or high-risk quality issues and propose improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in textile or carpet manufacturing.

Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.

Hands-on experience with audits, documentation and corrective action follow-up.

Good understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
