Product Manager, Reporting Team

What you’ll do @Omnisend: Make intelligent & incremental product decisions and compromises to support an iterative approach, based on user testing, business, and technical considerations to inform these decisions;

Constantly look for the most impactful ways to reach company goals;

Become a domain expert in terms of our customers, eCommerce, and event-based products in general;

Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including framing problems, researching them, and presenting insights;

Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research, and other product insights into meaningful product decisions, and experiments.

We expect that you’ll bring: Proven experience (3+ years) of product management at user-focused tech with examples of shipped products;

Data-driven, self-sufficient in product analytics (i.e. Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Chartio, or other);

Customer centricity;

User research, and user testing skills;

Ability to present and articulate your product decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;

Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future;

You’re well-organized with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership;

Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams;

Experience in goal setting (short-term and long-term goal planning for the team);

Knowledge and experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce is a big plus;

Background in deliverability, compliance, event-based products, data management platforms or similar would help you succeed faster.
