We are currently looking for a Postal branchOperator (m/w/d) mini-job to join our team.

Tasks

Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company standards;

Consulting customers on shipping services and available solutions;

Receiving, processing, sorting, scanning, and handing over shipments;

Checking parcels, packaging, labeling, weight, and dimensions;

Creating and processing waybills and shipment documentation in the system;

Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems;

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

German language proficiency at B1 level or higher;

Fluency in Ukrainian language;

Basic computer skills;

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
