NorthStar Moving is an established, women-owned U.S. moving and storage company with more than 30 years in business. We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused sales professional in Mexico to join our Client Loyalty Team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, listens carefully and knows how to build trust, understand customer needs and confidently guide prospective clients through their options.

Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients via phone and video calls Build rapport and understand each client's needs Explain services and options clearly and confidently Follow up with prospective clients providing excellent customer service and clear information Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team Participate in team meetings, coaching and training
