Responsibilities and Duties Work 5 days a week across two shift schedules covering store hours (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory levels.

Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.

Actively engage customers, understand their needs, and drive store sales performance.

Provide warm, professional, and attentive customer service at all times.

Handle cash register operations, POS transactions, and customer inquiries or feedback efficiently.

Qualification and Requirements Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.

Proficiency in spoken and/or written Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with a passion for customer engagement.

Must be willing and flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Strong communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and basic operational support capabilities.
