Costing Leader (Footwear)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of costing activities across all manufacturing sites, including cost estimation for new or special products to support selling price setting and production forecasting.
- Consolidate periodic manufacturing costs by department for payroll purposes, inventory accounting, factory labor allocation, verification of actual costs, and variance analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in costing, preferably in the footwear, shoes, leather goods manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in relevant costing/accounting software with strong Excel skills.
- Good command of English communication.
