Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.

Support budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost control initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Maintain organized financial records and proper documentation.

Analyze financial data and provide reports to support business decision-making.

Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
