Mortenson ConstructionMilwaukeeindeedδημοσιεύθηκε 21/10/2026

SUMMARY

BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication business, is seeking a Manufacturing Superintendent to lead day-to-day production operations while bridging the worlds of manufacturing and construction. This role will oversee production teams, coordinate resources, and drive safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of products and assemblies that support Mortenson's construction projects.

The ideal candidate combines a manufacturing mindset with the creativity and resourcefulness of a builder —someone who understands how to organize people, materials, equipment, and workflows while adapting to unique products, evolving designs, and changing project demands. Working closely with engineering, operations, and project teams, the Superintendent will help translate construction needs into practical manufacturing solutions, solve problems on the production floor, and continuously improve how work gets done.

As BLUvera continues to grow and develop new products and capabilities, this is an opportunity to help shape production processes, build strong teams, and establish the operational foundation for a scalable manufacturing business.
