Legal Coordinator

Education: Bachelors Degree in Law

Language Requirements:

• English proficiency
• Legal English

Objective:

Safeguard the companys legal documents, including public deeds, shareholders meeting minutes, board of directors resolutions, contracts with clients and suppliers, confidentiality agreements, stock certificates, and corporate books, ensuring proper legal organization and compliance.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, shareholders resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate books, public deeds, stock certificates, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements, service agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Experience working with Public Notary Offices.
• Strong negotiation skills and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft shareholders meeting resolutions and submit them for review by the Legal Director.
• Attend board meetings of the company and its subsidiaries, prepare board meeting minutes, and submit them for review and approval by the Legal Director and Shareholders.
• Review confidentiality agreements required by the company for clients and suppliers.
• Review service agreements and distribute them to suppliers and requesting business users.
• Provide legal information requested by various departments within the company.
• Maintain corporate books up to date regarding shareholders resolutions and corporate actions.
• Support other departments, including Operations and Business Development, with legal and operational strategies, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of required contracts.
