Location: Cairo, Egypt

Shift: Night Shift 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM

We are a leading Medical Billing company expanding in Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Billing Specialists

• Monitor team KPIs: AR, Denials, Claims Submission, A/R follow-up

• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with US insurance guidelines

• Handle escalations and daily reporting

• Drive performance and meet monthly targets

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years experience as Team Leader in Medical Billing

• Strong knowledge of US Medical Billing, AR, and Denial Management

• Excellent English communication skills - Verbal & Written

• Leadership and problem-solving skills
