Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with established standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, and fellow pharmacists to provide efficient pharmacy services.
- Support daily pharmacy operations, including medication preparation and packing when required.
- Work alongside doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
- Participate in training and professional development activities under the guidance of senior pharmacists.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and service enhancement initiatives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organisational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC), or eligible/pending registration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Responsible, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
