Associate Attorney - Trucking/Personal Injury Defense

Experience Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the State Bar of New Mexico

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate litigation/insurance defense

Strong research and writing skills

Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable handling a case load of 20-30 cases

Experience managing cases from intake to settlement/trial
