(Interior's Contractor) Project Manager / Executive

Your tasks
Lead and manage commercial interior design fit-out projects by overseeing site teams, coordinating technical requirements, and ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining safety and stakeholder communication.
- Lead project planning and monitor site progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Manage and supervise site teams and subcontractors to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
- Coordinate technical design requirements, on-site modifications, and M&E work packages with the Qualified Person (QP) to ensure compliance and project alignment
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, and consultants; actively participate in project, site, and progress meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making
- Prepare, track, and update construction schedules and progress reports for internal teams and clients to maintain transparency and control
- Enforce workplace safety standards and project-specific safety requirements on site to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess relevant certifications in Project Management, Workplace Safety, Construction Management, or Interior Design
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design fit-outs and renovation projects
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess project progress and resolve issues effectively
- Utilize exceptional organizational and construction planning skills to manage fast-tracked commercial timelines
- Exhibit excellent time-management and project-tracking abilities to meet demanding schedules
- Communicate effectively and confidently with clients, consultants, and site crews using strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborate proactively as a team player with internal design and site teams to achieve project goals
