Your tasks

• Translate complex design sketches into accurate technical patterns.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the aesthetic integrity of every piece.
• Optimize manufacturing efficiency by creating patterns that minimize waste and maximize quality.
• Oversee the fitting process, making expert adjustments to achieve the perfect silhouette.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in pattern making within the Fashion and Garments industry.
• Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Pattern Drafting, Grading, and Manufacturing processes.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard CAD Software and the ability to create detailed Technical Specification Sheets.
• Material Expertise: Deep Fabric Knowledge to understand how different textiles behave during production and wear.
• Quality Driven: A meticulous approach to Quality Control to ensure every garment meets our high standards.
• Career Level: This is an Experienced level role requiring a professional who can work independently and mentor junior staff.
