Lead and mentor the AI engineering team , hands-on, setting technical and delivery standards.

Own client AI projects end-to-end : scoping, architecture, build, delivery, and outcome.

Solutions Architecture : translate recurring client problems into reusable, productized components for our platform.

Own the applied-AI stack : architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery reliability.

Deploy and operate AI technologies : (ML/DL/RL/NLP/OR) in production, including on-prem/secure environments.

Develop our product : turn recurring problems into reusable, productized components.

Work directly with founders and directors in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment; balance delivery pressure with product durability.

6+ years in applied AI/ML/OR engineering, with real production shipping (not just prototyping/research).

Proven track record delivering enterprise -grade projects on time and to spec.

Strong full-stack AI engineering: ML/DL/RL/LLMs/OR/MLOPs.

Experience leading and managing AI engineering teams and aligning with the software team.

Strong software fundamentals, architecture, APIs, clean, maintainable code.

Comfort switching between client delivery and long-term product thinking.

Clear communicator; can work with founders, clients, and a mixed-seniority team.

Optimization / OR exposure (works alongside our OR team).
