About Luxehouze Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Performance is measured by results, not intentions

If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.

What You Will Own Campaign Strategy, Execution & Optimization Translate commercial goals and business briefs into full-funnel media strategies, covering budget allocation, audience segmentation, and bidding setups.

Own the end-to-end execution, daily management, and hands-on optimization across Meta, Google, and emerging paid acquisition channels.

Drive continuous testing frameworks across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to scale customer acquisition efficiently.

Maintain campaign tracking integrity with minimal oversight, including UTM architecture, pixel setups, attribution hygiene, and event tracking.

Partner with the Performance Marketing Senior Manager to test, unlock, and validate new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership Work closely with Brand, Creative, BI, and Sales teams to align paid media output with brand standards, product availability, and commercial targets.

Support the Performance Marketing Senior Manager in quarterly strategy formulation, forecasting, and ad-hoc growth experiments.

Coach and guide junior team members/associates on campaign mechanics, QA workflows, platform features, and day-to-day troubleshooting.

Measurement, Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze core performance metrics across platforms, focusing on CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CVR, CTR, and channel-level incrementality.

Build, update, and maintain routine reporting dashboards to provide transparent visibility to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Turn platform-level raw data into actionable tactical recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, creative fatigue, and funnel leakage.

Innovation & Learning Monitor paid media updates, privacy shifts, and platform algorithm changes to keep execution competitive.

Foster a rigorous test-and-learn culture within the execution team through structured A/B testing logs and creative learning agendas.

What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within high-growth startups, e-commerce, or high-value/luxury consumer verticals.

Demonstrated track record of independently planning, executing, and profitably scaling multi-channel paid acquisition budgets across Meta and Google platforms.

Experience translating business targets into actionable digital media plans and experimentation roadmaps with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or reviewing the tactical work of junior marketers or associates.

Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display), and Google Analytics (GA4).

Strong working knowledge of basic to intermediate tracking infrastructure: UTM conventions, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and standard attribution modeling.

Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret core metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, CTR, incrementality) and extract clear operational insights.

Solid grasp of creative testing frameworks—able to spot fatigue early, iterate on messaging hooks, and brief creative teams effectively.

Competence with data reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel) for cross-functional reporting.
