Occupational Therapist – Locality Team

Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client's Locality Teams at Hull City. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service that offers flexible working arrangements.

The Role

Complete assessments, reviews, and care planning within the community

Support individuals to maximise independence using strengths-based approaches

Assess for equipment, adaptations, and moving & handling needs

Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary locality teams

Manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Experience in Adult Social Care / community settings

Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills

Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
