Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Learning Disabilities - Newham Location: Newham Pay Rate: £32 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities based in Newham.

What will your responsibilities be?

This role sits within a multidisciplinary community social care team. The core functions include assessment, support planning, long term support arrangements, and review for customer in the community with complex needs.

The post holder will be required to carry out Mental Capacity Assessments.

To provide a social work service to an allocated caseload within the agreed performance management, quality assurance and budgetary framework and that the highest standards of service are achieved.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
