Sports Sales & Operations Executive (Sales, Warehouse & Logistics)
We are looking for a highly versatile and self-motivated Sports Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing sports brand. This multi-faceted role bridges the gap between commercial sales and operational execution. You will be responsible for driving B2B/B2C sales, managing our athletic inventory, and operating our delivery fleet.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy an active workspace, have a strong passion for sports, and are comfortable managing administrative duties alongside physical warehouse and driving operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Execute outdoor sales pitches and account management for schools, sports clubs, corporate clients, and retail outlets.
- Handle sales inquiries, cross-sell sports products, and follow up on recurring bulk orders.
- Draft accurate sales quotations, customer proposals, and purchase orders using Microsoft Word and Excel .
Warehouse Management & Administration
- Oversee warehouse inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring incoming sports gear matches supplier documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel daily to track inventory movements, update stock counts, and log product variations (sizes/colours).
- Maintain a well organised and safe warehouse layout to optimise picking times and preserve product quality.
Delivery & Fleet Logistics
- Safely operate and navigate company transport vehicles, standard 10ft. lorry ( Class 3 ).
- Route and schedule daily deliveries across Singapore to ensure timely arrivals at schools, clubs, and destinations as required.
- Administer all post-delivery documentation, ensuring Delivery Orders (DO) are signed, and return securely.
Requirements
- Licences: Must possess valid Class 3 driving licences with a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formatting, inventory log management) and Microsoft Word .
- Physical Capabilities: Physically fit and capable of lifting, loading, and unloading heavy sports equipment or bulk cargo.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outdoor sales and warehouse management. Experience in the sports or retail sector is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Organised, self-disciplined, and comfortable shifting seamlessly between physical labor, administrative desk work, and field sales.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: S$ 3,200 - 4,000 (Commensurate with experience)
