Your tasks
You will manage inbound loan applications and enquiries, guide customers through the loan process, review financial documents for compliance, and provide timely updates and support to ensure a smooth loan experience.
- Guide customers through the loan application process by understanding their needs and recommending suitable loan options
- Review financial documents to ensure all applications comply with company SOPs and industry regulations
- Provide clear and timely updates to customers throughout their loan application journey
- Manage inbound loan enquiries efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements

- Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers
- Maintain a positive attitude to support a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- No prior finance experience required; willingness to learn and undergo training

Other Information Working Hours and Location
- Outlets island wide; you will be registered to only one
- Monday to Saturday: 11am to 8pm; Sunday: 10am to 6pm; one weekday off scheduled
