ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Assist the Planning Manager or Project Manager in resolving on-site technical and engineering challenges to maintain project progress and compliance
· Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials documentation, Method of Statement (MOS), monthly progress claims, and project management reports to support project tracking and approvals · Plan and sequence structural work and allocate resources, coordinating micro-schedules with other trades and disciplines to align with the Master program · Contribute inputs for procurement processes related to structural work subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
- Supervise site execution to enforce compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and contractual specifications
· Conduct inspections and maintain detailed documentation to verify adherence to project requirements and quality benchmarks · Ensure compliance with Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) checklist requirements to facilitate project handover readiness · Promote and enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices consistently on site to maintain a safe working environment Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board/BCA
· 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering projects; candidates with greater experience may be considered for senior engineer roles · Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD · Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a positive work attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
· Demonstrated analytical, supervision, and communication skills to manage complex project demands
