Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and their families to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in both home and clinic settings. This role is especially impactful for families who need support outside of traditional daytime hours, allowing caregivers to be more involved in their child’s development.

You will partner with a BCBA to carry out individualized treatment plans and help children build skills that improve daily life. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining hands-on experience in the field of autism services.

Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and clinic environments

Follow and implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

Accurately document session data and maintain detailed records

Build positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members

Support skill development through consistent and engaging interactions

Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical and organizational standards

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required

RBT certification, or willingness to obtain certification with company support

Experience working with children or in a related field preferred (not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

BT Schedule and Benefits Monday through Friday with multiple shift options available between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM

Part-time schedule (approximately 7.5–20 hours per week), with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows
