Are you a Field Superintendent, Service Technician, or Project Manager in HVAC/Refrigeration with an established network of customer relationships? Do you have the ability and ambition to leverage those connections to drive business growth?

We’re looking for a results-driven professional who understands commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems and values strong customer partnerships. In this role, you’ll turn trusted relationships into new opportunities, whether that’s service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, system upgrades, or emergency repair work.

This is the next step for someone who has earned credibility in the field and is ready to combine technical expertise with business development. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to identify opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue while ensuring high quality service execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Industrial HVAC (Sales or Field/Operations)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation processes, and service offerings.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A self-motivated mindset with a passion for helping customers.

Proficiency with computers - specifically CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft programs

A valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
