Senior OFS Developer
Accountabilities: The Senior OFS Developer will be responsible for leading software development initiatives, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting collaboration across teams to deliver effective enterprise solutions.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications following established development standards and best practices.
Serve as a technical lead by guiding implementation strategies, making informed technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards, architectural alignment, and overall solution quality.
Mentor and support junior developers by sharing knowledge, encouraging best practices, and helping strengthen team capabilities.
Collaborate with software architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to define technical direction and delivery priorities.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Communicate technical concepts clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support project execution by identifying technical risks, proposing solutions, and helping teams stay aligned with objectives.
Work effectively within a remote, contract-based environment while managing priorities and delivering results independently.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced software developer with strong technical leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment. You should have a proven background in enterprise software development, team collaboration, and applying software engineering best practices.
5+ years of professional software development experience in an enterprise or comparable environment.
Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
Strong experience participating in and leading code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural standards.
Solid understanding of software design principles, development methodologies, and engineering best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a remote work environment.
Experience collaborating across multiple time zones and with distributed technical teams.
Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and contribute positively to cross-functional initiatives.
