SAP MM Senior Consultant

Accountabilities: The SAP MM Senior Consultant will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP MM solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role combines functional expertise, process improvement, and collaboration with business teams to ensure reliable and compliant operations.

Provide functional support and enhancement activities in a post-S/4HANA environment.

Configure, implement, and support SAP MM processes related to procurement, inventory management, logistics, and fiscal operations.

Analyze business requirements, assess system impacts, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Design, test, and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and related system enhancements.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support, guidance, and training.

Support and configure key SAP MM functionalities, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification.

Participate in Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives by supporting process reviews, system adjustments, testing activities, and deployment efforts.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, and Logistics teams to improve processes and maintain compliance.

Ensure effective integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules, including SD, FI, PP, and EWM.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the evolution of SAP solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced SAP MM professional with strong S/4HANA expertise and the ability to work across business and technical teams. They should have deep knowledge of procurement processes, logistics operations, and SAP integrations.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Solid knowledge and practical experience with SAP EWM.

Strong experience with Nota Fiscal processes within SAP MM S/4HANA.

Expertise in Batch Management and Serial Number Management.

Experience implementing and supporting special procurement processes.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and physical inventory processes.

Understanding of SAP MM integrations with modules such as SD, FI, PP, and EWM.

Experience with SAP MM reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Experience with Argentina localization is considered an advantage.

Previous involvement in tax-related transformation projects, especially Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives, is a plus.
