Accountabilities: Lead the delivery and management of Environmental Assessment (EA) and Preliminary Design (PD) portfolios for transportation infrastructure projects across municipal and provincial clients.

Oversee project execution for highway expansions, road improvements, and interchange modification initiatives, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate contributions across engineering, environmental, and planning disciplines.

Support business growth by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand EA & PD services in the region.

Provide hands-on project leadership for Ministry of Transportation and municipal infrastructure assignments.

Ensure alignment of project outcomes with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and client expectations.

Guide technical decision-making and contribute to high-level design and planning strategies during early project phases.

Mentor and support team members while fostering strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

12+ years of experience delivering Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Design projects for major infrastructure programs.

Proven hands-on project management experience with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) or equivalent large public-sector clients.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.

Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex transportation and infrastructure projects.

Deep understanding of EA processes, preliminary design workflows, and transportation infrastructure planning.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and contribute to business development efforts.
