Accountabilities: Lead lifecycle strategy and program execution: Implement and continuously optimize the alumni-to-college lifecycle strategy, managing the end-to-end engagement calendar from high school program completion through college enrollment and study abroad participation.

Drive sales and enrollment growth: Own key lifecycle conversion metrics, identify opportunities to increase alumni awareness and engagement, and implement initiatives that improve progression into college study abroad programs.

Manage lifecycle campaigns: Develop, launch, test, and refine CRM-driven campaigns, communications, events, and engagement models designed to increase participation, conversion, and long-term customer affinity.

Oversee CRM, data, and reporting: Manage lifecycle workflows, automations, segmentation, and engagement tracking while partnering with marketing and operations to strengthen dashboards, data collection, reporting, and performance visibility.

Analyze performance and customer behavior: Monitor campaign results, enrollment pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI to identify trends and recommend data-informed improvements.

Develop alumni and ambassador engagement: Create initiatives that maintain relationships with participants throughout high school and college, including alumni storytelling, peer-to-peer engagement, referrals, and ambassador programs.

Support ambassador programs: Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing management of alumni and campus ambassadors in alignment with lifecycle and enrollment objectives.

Lead cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with institutional relations, marketing, enrollment, operations, and other stakeholders to align strategy, communications, systems, and execution.

Improve operational effectiveness: Identify process and customer-experience challenges, recommend scalable solutions, and help implement improvements that support business and enrollment outcomes.

Communicate insights to leadership: Present performance results, strategic recommendations, and key findings to internal leaders and stakeholders while maintaining alignment on priorities and goals.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is required.

Relevant experience: 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, enrollment management, sales operations, CRM management, alumni relations, customer success, marketing automation, admissions, or a related discipline.

Project management: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

Data and performance management: Ability to analyze customer and campaign data, manage performance metrics, evaluate conversion trends, and translate insights into measurable improvements.

CRM and marketing technology: Familiarity with CRM workflows, segmentation, automation, lifecycle communications, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels.

Organization and execution: Excellent project management, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move initiatives from planning through execution.

Industry knowledge: Experience with study abroad, higher education, enrollment management, admissions, or alumni engagement is preferred.

Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across marketing, enrollment, operations, institutional relations, and other teams.
