Lead Wireless Product Manager

Accountabilities: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a comprehensive wireless product portfolio while ensuring successful product delivery, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap across MVNO mobile services, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and Managed Wi-Fi offerings.

Own strategic relationships with mobile network partners, driving integrations for mobile plans, eSIM capabilities, and operational systems.

Expand Fixed Wireless Access solutions by developing deployment strategies and identifying new market opportunities.

Manage the full lifecycle of Managed Wi-Fi products, including enhancements and expansion into additional customer segments.

Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions with seamless provisioning and support.

Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical requirements to deliver competitive wireless products.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and innovation.

Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in wireless telecommunications and strong technical expertise across modern connectivity solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of product management experience within telecommunications, managed service providers, or wireless/cellular industries.

Proven expertise with MVNO operational models, including OSS/BSS integrations, SIM/eSIM management, and billing architectures.

Strong understanding of 5G technologies, including millimeter wave (mmWave) and CBRS deployments.

Experience leading complex product roadmaps from concept through commercialization.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.

MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Familiarity with Managed Wi-Fi solutions, WLAN architectures, IEEE standards, QoS, network slicing, and traffic prioritization frameworks is a strong advantage.
