Field Supervisor- Service

Accountabilities: Supervise day-to-day service and maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of scheduled activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and support field technicians, providing guidance, workload planning, and operational oversight to maximize productivity and service efficiency.

Monitor service performance, resolve customer concerns promptly, and build strong relationships through responsive communication and professional support.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards while maintaining accurate service documentation and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows, manage service priorities, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Support operational planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking to achieve service targets and business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.

Previous experience in field service, maintenance operations, technical supervision, or a similar customer-facing service environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate field teams effectively.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a strong customer-first mindset.

Solid understanding of safety procedures, quality standards, and operational best practices.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools; willingness to travel locally as required.
