Manage and oversee all financial accounting activities including preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards in all financial reporting.
Supervise and guide the team responsible for fixed asset management, inventory control, and cost control functions.
Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and coordinate regular physical asset verifications and reconciliations.
Oversee inventory accounting processes to ensure accurate recording, stock reconciliation, and valuation.
Monitor and analyse cost control measures to identify variances and recommend improvements.
Conduct financial analysis to forecast trends, assess financial performance, and support strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely completion with minimal findings.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in both financial accounting and financial analysis roles, with strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis techniques.
Proficient in MYOB accounting software, advance excel skills
Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards and business operations.
Capable of managing multiple tasks & meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Comfortable working across different departments and communicating financial data to non financial stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing financial needs or priorities.
Ability to maintain high accuracy in accounting and financial reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings and advertising management.
