Senior KOL Supervisor (English or Chinese Speaking)

1. Relationship Management: Manage, seek out, and secure partnerships with top KOLs or ambassadors in the beauty industry. Oversee end-to-end long-term, productive relationships.
2. Business Development: Experienced in managing product performance, including marketing, product development, and affiliates, to ensure KOL strategies are integrated into all brand communication and drive sales primarily.
3. Budget Management: Manage the KOL activities, including budgeting, agency contracts, and ensuring all spending aligns with corporate policies.
4. Performance Tracking: Based on a data-driven approach to track and measure campaign or content performance, providing insights and recommendations for high-quality output

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field 3+ years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, with a background in the cosmetics. Skincare background is highly in demand. A strong existing network within top KOLs in the beauty industry is highly desirable. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential Good command of English or Chinese (spoken and written)
