Key Responsibilities – Corporate & Commercial Law

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Business and share sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructuring and governance
• Commercial contracts and trading agreements
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Strategic business advisory work
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development
• Help shape the direction of the corporate department

Your Profile

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales) Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law Typically 3+ PQE+ Looking for a long-term platform Location Based in Exeter with hybrid working. Suitable for candidates in Devon or those relocating to the South West seeking better work-life balance without sacrificing career progression. This could also be Taunton based
