Utilities Engineer

Follow up the operation and maintenance of different utilities equipment continuously to maintain and reduce the failures, participate in the development of maintenance plan to achieve the desired goals in the best way

Academic and Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Utilities / Energy Engineering\ Boiler Operation certification (where applicable) preferred

Experience 3–5 years of experience in utilities operations Experience in food processing plants, preferably frozen foods / potato processing / FMCG Hands-on experience with boilers and industrial refrigeration systems

Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of food industry utilities Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration safety (preferred) Energy management and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with CMMS systems Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to work in shifts if required Strategic leadership Risk and governance management Operational excellence systems Strong problem-solving ability Safety awareness Reporting accuracy Teamwork capability
