Warehouse Planning & Management officer (YAS)

• Lead the planning team in creating and maintaining production and resource plans to meet operational goals and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement procedures, tools, and metrics to continuously improve planning processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, engineering, and logistics, to align plans and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor and analyze production and resource data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of planning activities and results, and facilitate regular review meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field. 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related area. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives Proficient in planning software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI. Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
