- Develop and document welding procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise and guide welders, monitor processes, conduct inspections, and resolve defects.
- Provide technical training, maintain welding documentation, and coordinate with project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering or related field, with relevant certifications Specially IWE Or CWI is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in welding engineering, especially in steel construction.
- Proficiency in welding standards, processes, and non-destructive testing techniques.
