Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing & Media Buying Lead to own and lead the company's performance marketing and paid media function.

This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's paid acquisition strategy, managing media budgets, optimizing campaign performance, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, and providing data-driven recommendations to management.

The role is a functional ownership position . The successful candidate will be the primary owner of performance marketing and media buying, working cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Sales, CRM, and other teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Marketing Strategy

Own the overall Performance Marketing & Paid Media strategy in alignment with company objectives.

Develop customer acquisition strategies across the full marketing funnel.

Define channel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn , and other relevant advertising platforms.

Identify opportunities to increase acquisition, revenue, and marketing efficiency.

Develop short-term and long-term paid acquisition plans.

Establish clear performance targets and KPIs for all paid media activities.

Continuously evaluate new channels, audiences, technologies, and acquisition opportunities.

  1. Media Buying & Campaign Management

Own the planning, setup, launch, optimization, and scaling of paid advertising campaigns.

Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other platforms.

Manage and optimize advertising accounts across relevant platforms.

Develop audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.

Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.

Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target CPA, CAC, ROAS, and profitability.

Ensure campaigns follow platform policies and best practices.

  1. Budget & Business Performance

Own the company's paid media budget and recommend allocation across channels and campaigns.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly advertising spend.

Forecast expected leads, customers, revenue, CAC, and ROAS based on budget allocation.

Make data-driven decisions regarding increasing, reducing, or reallocating media spend.

Ensure marketing investment generates measurable business value.

Connect advertising performance with actual sales and revenue , rather than relying only on platform metrics.

  1. Analytics & Performance Optimization

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including:

  • ROAS
  • ROI
  • CAC
  • CPA
  • CPL
  • CTR
  • CPC
  • CPM
  • Conversion Rate
  • Revenue
  • Customer Acquisition Cost

Identify performance trends, opportunities, and issues.

Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Analyze campaign, audience, creative, and funnel performance.

Turn data into actionable recommendations for business growth.

Develop a structured testing and optimization framework.

  1. Tracking & Attribution

Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all paid media channels.

Manage and monitor:

  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Meta Conversion API
  • Google Ads conversion tracking
  • UTM tracking
  • Other relevant analytics and attribution tools

Work with technical teams when tracking or attribution issues arise.

Ensure campaign data is reliable enough to support business decisions.

  1. Creative & Funnel Collaboration

Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing advertising concepts.

Translate performance data into clear creative recommendations.

Identify which messages, offers, formats, and creatives drive the strongest results.

Collaborate on landing-page and conversion-rate optimization.

Work with Sales and CRM teams to understand lead quality, customer conversion, and revenue performance.

Ensure the complete acquisition funnel is continuously optimized.

  1. Reporting & Management

Provide regular performance reports to company management.

Present campaign results, key insights, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Provide recommendations for budget allocation and future marketing strategy.

Develop monthly and quarterly performance forecasts.

Take ownership of performance outcomes and communicate risks and opportunities proactively.

Support management in making strategic decisions related to customer acquisition and marketing investment.

  1. Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitors' advertising activities, offers, messaging, and acquisition strategies.

Stay up to date with changes in advertising platforms and industry trends.

Research new media channels, tools, technologies, and growth opportunities.

Identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage through paid acquisition.

The role will primarily be measured against business and performance outcomes, including:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Media Buying .
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .
  • Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and scaling.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to connect media performance with actual sales and revenue.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the function.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business results.
