Construction Manager

Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day construction activities.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and method statements.

Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and budget.

Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and specifications.

Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Identify construction risks, delays, and technical issues and develop corrective actions.

Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and handover activities.

Manage materials, equipment, manpower, and other site resources efficiently.

Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Coordinate with the client, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Review variations, claims, and change orders and provide technical input.

Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.

Ensure the project is completed and handed over according to the required standards and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Typically 7–12 years of construction experience , with significant experience managing projects and site teams.

Relevant professional certification or engineering registration is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, project controls, and safety requirements.
