Platform Operations & Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the EGYMEDICS platform.

Communicate with patients, doctors, and healthcare service providers.

Manage appointments and resolve operational issues.

Coordinate with the software development team and report bugs or improvement requests.

Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.

Monitor platform performance and prepare periodic reports.

Identify opportunities to improve user experience and drive platform growth.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience in platform management, customer service, operations, or digital marketing.

Strong computer and internet skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
