Design Architect Landscape

Conduct client meeting to identify project needs and design requirements.

Conduct initial site visits to assess the project location, site conditions, and environmental aspects

Develop innovative concept design proposals aligned with client objectives and site context.

Prepare design presentation following selected concept design proposals.

Carry-out design development phase, design changes based on client needs.

Oversee material selection processes, ensuring alignment with design themes, client preferences, budget, and current market trends.

Provide the Visualization team with necessary design data and support throughout project phases

Handle F,F&E phase selection matching client’s requirements and design theme.

In coordination with design principle, ensure prompt delivery of different deign phases according to set time plan.

BSc. in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university.

3-5 years of experience.

Hands-on expertise in material selection, FF&E specification, and site analysis.

Strong coordination skills with Visualization teams and Principal Architects.

Excellent presentation, communication, and creative conceptual design skills.
