Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Project Payment Handling - Metalworks Projects (Site Hoarding & Gates, Noise Barriers, Covered Walkways)

Preparation of monthly progress claims and liaising with client

Review progress reports prepared by engineers for preparation of billing claims

Requirements Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or Degree in Construction or related disciplines

Experience in Metalworks a strong advantage

Experience in Government Projects (e.g. LTA, MRT) a strong advantage

Minimum 3 Years related working experience in Singapore

Good interpersonal and communication skills
