9am - 5:30pm. OT as needed Sunday thru Friday Days off - Saturday and 1 Random day during the week Pay: $25.10 an hour Location:   30852 San Antonio St, Hayward, CA 94544, USA The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for: Loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate product distribution Receiving, verifying, and strategically storing incoming products to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize space Utilizing handheld scanners for load verifications and quality control Collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency Working in cold conditions Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation Ability to work with various products, including yeast and flour Must pass pre-employment background check

This position demands exceptional physical capabilities, including but not limited to: The ability to maintain a standing or walking position for extended periods without compromise. Proficiency in navigating staircases safely and efficiently. The capacity to consistently lift and maneuver loads of up to 30 lbs., with occasional  requirements to manage weights of up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated strength to perform heavy pushing and pulling of products without risk of injury. Resilience to work effectively in refrigerated environments, specifically within the temperature range of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit. The fortitude to operate in an environment characterized by exposure to loud machinery, when operational needs dictate.
