Packaging Development Internship

Support the Packaging Development team in new product development and packaging renovation projects.

Assist in developing and evaluating primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.

Support the preparation and maintenance of packaging specifications, drawings, artwork, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Production teams on packaging-related activities.

Assist in conducting packaging trials and line trials at the manufacturing site.

Support packaging performance testing, including functionality, compatibility, durability, and transportation testing.

Collect and analyze packaging test results and prepare reports for the team.

Assist in evaluating packaging samples and prototypes from suppliers.

Support supplier communication and follow-up regarding samples, specifications, and technical requirements.

Participate in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of packaging-related issues.

Support cost optimization and value-engineering initiatives for packaging materials.

Assist in identifying opportunities for packaging reduction, recyclability, and sustainability improvements.

Maintain accurate packaging databases, specifications, sample records, and project trackers.

Ensure packaging development activities comply with company quality, safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Perform market and competitor benchmarking to identify new packaging trends and innovations.

Support the team in day-to-day packaging development activities and assigned projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field .
