- Prepare design drawings and perspective in Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with the related parties to advance the design
- Make and check subcontractor’s performance related to the design (from the bidding stage until handover under the management of the team leader)

- Knowledge of Building regulations FF, IP, construction drawings
- Good communication in English; Japanese communication is an advantage
- Experiences: at least 3 years in similar role
