ABOUT OMONILE APP

Omonile App is building Nigeria's most trusted Real Estate platform. Every listing is FM-inspected or clearly flagged. Escrow-protected payments. No fraud. No games.

We're rentals-first (short-let + yearly). Land & property sale follows later.

THE ROLE

We need a hunter-leader to:

• Sign up landlords + real estate agencies across Lagos
• Onboard property owners to self-list
• Lead a team of freelance marketers
• Build partnerships with developers, agencies, and (eventually) government
• Hit 1000+ listings in the first 90 days

YOU ARE:

• 5+ years in Nigerian real estate or B2B sales
• Deep Lagos network (Ikoyi, VI, Lekki, Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere)
• Field-ready — 4–6 meetings per day
• A leader — you've managed freelancers, agents, or juniors
• Self-driven — nobody chases you
• Ready to bet on yourself

YOU'LL EARN:

• 2–5% equity in Omonile App (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
• ₦1,000 per live Real Estate listing
• Team bonus on listings signed by your freelancers
• Fuel + data allowance
• Ground-floor upside
