PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course. Preferably focus on mechanical, electrical, fire-pro, and plumbing systems. At least 1–3 years of experiences of construction material procurement and subcontractor bidding management. A thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry advancements. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Familiarity with purchasing processes, sourcing, and supplier evaluation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Background in High Rise Projects. Willing to assign in Gil Puyat, Pasay. Can start immediately
