Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as bubble tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Ensure that all drinks and food items are prepared to company standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Understanding of the food industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
