Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, Chiller, FCU, AHU, and ducting).
- Conduct routine chemical cleaning, overhaul, gas top-up, and part replacements.
- Diagnose technical faults, electrical control errors, and mechanical issues on site.
- Prepare site service reports, maintenance logs, and get customer sign-offs.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in commercial or industrial HVAC / air-conditioning systems.
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
