DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Governance

• Develop and maintain the ICT Project Management Framework.
• Maintain the ICT project portfolio.
• Develop project charters, plans and schedules.
• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and report progress.

Enterprise Systems

• Coordinate ERP implementation and enhancements.
• Coordinate SAP, CRM and HRIS projects.
• Manage Finance, Procurement and Business Application projects.
• Coordinate user requirements with business departments.
• Support enterprise systems optimization.

Digital Transformation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate automation projects.
• analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Coordinate website, e-commerce and mobile platform projects.
• Manage WhatsApp Chatbot and digital customer platforms.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate implementation partners.
• Manage project vendors and consultants.
• Review vendor deliverables.
• Monitor project contracts and service delivery.

Business Analysis

• Gather business requirements.
• Document functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate solution design workshops.
• Manage change requests.

Implementation & Testing

• Coordinate system configuration activities.
• Develop implementation plans.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate go-live activities.
• Manage post-implementation support.

Project Risk Management

• Maintain project risk registers.
• Track issues and dependencies.
• Escalate project risks.
• Monitor mitigation plans.

Training & Change Management

• Develop user training plans.
• Coordinate end-user training.
• Support organizational change management.
• Promote user adoption of new systems.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Present project status to management.
• Track project budgets and benefits realization.
• Maintain project documentation.

Management

• Develop annual departmental work plans.
• Prepare project budgets.
• Supervise project resources where assigned.
• Participate in ICT management meetings.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years' ICT project implementation experience & 2 years coordinating ICT projects
• Strong ICT project management skills
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRIS and enterprise applications
• Business analysis and requirements management
• Vendor and stakeholder management
