Job Description & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably with Western cuisine.

• Prepare Western cuisine dishes according to established recipes and menus.

• Independently manage the kitchen, ensuring efficient and consistent food production.

• Great organisational skills to manage your time efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, clean and safe work environment

• Able to do ordering and inventory management

• Demonstrate strong execution skills and a commitment to quality control.

• Work collaboratively with the front of house to meet service demands.

• Be open to new and innovative ideas of working and adapting to it

• Team player with a positive and open-minded attitude is key

• Good communication and interpersonal skills would be an added bonus

5 day work week ( Wed - Sun ), 0700 - 1600/ 1630
